menu I-very elegant, but lighter.Business dinners tend to be more substantial.
2) Vegetarian Spring Rolls and mustard dip
B) Grilled Tuna Steaks. (but prepare two for each diner. They tend to be small)
II) Edamame & Corn Succatash(Much as I love Mac's and cheese, it's too heavy and "dairy" to go with the rest of it.
b) Fresh Fruit Compote.

2, A, I and desert a. Mac and cheese does go really well with Ham so you can easily sub this on in. I just really like my greens.

OOOO! I like this post.

Spo, I am with Rodger on all selections except the first. I love any type of spring rolls but since you are having a green salad already, why not mix it up a bit and go with the chips and Salsa, especially if it's Doug's!!!

Have fun with the dinner party...and do tell us what you ultimately selected.

Leave the healthy stuff behind:
Shrimp and cocktail sauce
Honey baked ham
Homemade mac and cheese (stuff the box) LOVE MAC AND CHEESE...it goes so well with a side of hips and thighs.
Carrot Cake

Did I mention I LOVE mac and cheese. Haven't had it in years, but I love it. I may have to incorporate it into Thanksgiving dinner. Have a great dinner.

Mustard goes with ham. Ham goes well with mac and cheese. Carrot cake.....well, carrot cake just goes well with anything. :)

Might I suggest when serving a meal for guests to have two veggies or one veggie and a wonderful salad served either with one simple dressing or three very different choices.?? Maybe even have something like dinner rolls or fresh sliced bread and butter. You could make a seasoned butter to go with it if you want to be fancy.

Well after stopping over at Gossamer Tapestry I'm going to have to change my vote. It looks like you'll be eating ham and mac & cheese so you might as well start with SALSA.

Yes, everyone loves chips and salsa and it really isn't a party without them. Even if it's business related.

Yep...SALSA gets my vote!
