Curious Things Around the House #5

Mine has Orca, or Killer Whale, on both sides in a mirror image.
It is a collector’s item so it will never see a drop of rain!
On rare occasion (out of whimsy) I put it on, and try to imagine what it would be like to live in what is now called Queen Charlotte Island of B.C.

Very fine looking hat. I hope you show us more of your collection.
I love it. I have a painted woode plaque with a very similar Orca.
A great chief on your hat!!! And a nice hat at that. A bear under an orca...are there going to be pics?
Laurie - see "Curious Things Around the House #1" from 8/2/06!
I'm not laughing at your hat...just you wearing it...you're so gay ;0)
I think you should show us a picture wearing your hat. Can't wait to see other things of interest around your home.
I didn't see the Orca decoration until you mentioned it. So... what else ya got?
Why weird?
It is a piece of art.
Why not show your collection?
I was thinking of doing the same thing.
what a pretty hat... is their a matching purse too?
Thanks for pointing me to your previous post. Very cool stuff indeed.
The drawings are beautiful. I wouldn't let a drop of water touch it either.
PS Don't let that gnome see it!!!!
What a clever conversation piece.
That brings back fond memories of our trip to Vancouver and Victoria Island. Vancouver has a wonderful museum of Haida art and history. We got a chance to watch a native artist working on a huge totem pole (don't remember which clan he was from).
Very cool piece.
What no picture wiht it on? Very nice.
